A Bit of History
Our jewelry maker, Kris, worked in the electronics industry for many years as a certified solderer,
building circuit boards, and geological survey equipment, using a microscope,
and various hand tools such as tweezers and a soldering iron.
This experience laid the groundwork for Kris' skill and interest in jewelry making.
At Mountainview Rings and Things we take great pride in our artisan's unique skills and ability
to craft one-of-a-kind rings and pendants using alternative metals and inlay materials.
Rings
Full and Half Sizes From 4-15
Our ring cores are available in stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, and cobalt chromium.
Our pendants and chains are stainless steel.
Our inlay designs are created using any combination of a wide variety of alternative materials such as
raw gemstone fragments, opal fragments, metal fragments, diamond chips, gold flake,
meteorite shavings, mammoth tooth and dinosaur bone.
We can also add other materials to personalize a ring or pendant to your specifications.
For example, how about adding grains of sand from the beach where you married the love of your life?
Wouldn't that be a cool and unique way to memorialize a special time in your life?
We can even add a background pigment color of your choice, and UV glow powder of your
favorite color to make your piece stand out even more at night.
